An Ogdensburg man faces numerous charges including a felony after crashing his vehicle while impaired by drugs following a reported domestic dispute Saturday morning, according to state police. Guage L. Tyo, 23, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation: alcohol, felony, operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, reckless driving, fourth-degree criminal mischief: preventing an emergency call and fourth-degree criminal mischief: damaging property, troopers said.

Trooper Michael D. McCarthy responded Jan. 14 to River Road in the town of Norfolk for a report of an unresponsive male not breathing. Upon arrival, Mr. McCarthy found Norfolk Police Officer Brian Zimmer performing CPR on homeowner Robert E. Queor, 48, who was lying on the floor, troopers said in a release Monday.

Massena-based state police charged Justin L. Lafleur, 28, of Norfolk with four felony counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. He allegedly cashed three checks from the account of Kathy Ayotte on July 23 and 24 at SeaComm, 30 Stearns St., Massena, and one check at SeaComm's Ogdensburg branch without her permission.

Massena-based state police charged Lincoln L. Delaney, 25, of Malone with unlawful possession of synthetic marijuana at 4:25 p.m. Monday following a road check on state Route 37 in the town of Massena. Mr. Delaney claimed ownership of a plastic bag containing 7 grams of synthetic marijuana located on the center console of a vehicle stopped for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle.

An Ogdensburg man is heading to prison after admitting in St. Lawrence County Court that he burglarized a city home in May. Arley L. Dahlberg, 30, of 834 Ford St., Room 7, pleaded guilty earlier this week to one count of the violent felony of second-degree burglary in a plea deal with the district attorney's office. Mr. Dahlberg, a state prison system parolee, was charged with two counts of second-degree burglary in a Superior Court information, and as part of the plea deal is expected to be sentenced to 10 years in prison with five years of post-release supervision.

A Norfolk man was charged Sunday evening after allegedly punching a window causing the glass to break at a business on Market Street, according to Potsdam police. Tyler E. Murray, 21, was charged at 9:21 p.m. with third-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest, officers said.

A Chase Mills man suffered only minor scrapes and bruises in a one-vehicle accident Friday morning on Route 56 near Baxterville in the town of Norfolk. Timothy M. Davey said he was westbound on Route 56 at 10:15 a.m. Friday when his front driver's side tire blew as he was trying to pull over to answer a cellphone call.

Gustafson. Massena-based state police had charged Elaine M. Franklin, 51, of 50 North Allen St., Massena, with third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance in a non-original container.

Acting Massena Village Justice Gerald P. Sharlow ordered Lisa M. Charleston, 43, of 22 Dana St., Massena, to pay a $125 surcharge and was placed under a one-year conditional discharge.
